I was thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with 55+ kids through two week-long summer art camps at the Bell Tower Sanctuary in downtown Fort Erie this July along with Melissa Lococo, an elementary school teacher and artist. Although completely exhausting, it is satisfying to be able to get to know local kids with a special interest in visual arts, and to encourage them. We all had a lot of fun, and I look forward to next year's camps, and hopefully some similar winter and spring events until then. Meanwhile, I don't want to see glitter, any glitter. I'm still finding glitter in my food, under my fingernails, etc etc.
